Dry, irritated skin: Sweet Almond Oil should be applied with agentle massage onto damp skin, ideally after bathing or showering to facilitate its absorption. Its emollientand soothing properties make it ideal for the treatment of dry, irritated skin and for relieving itching in casesof measles, chicken pox and eczema.
Pregnancy: Sweet Almond Oil is mainly known as a natural remedyagainst stretch marks, especially those caused by pregnancy: apply daily onto stomach, bust, hips andthighs from the third month until the end of breastfeeding.
Hair: the nourishing properties of Sweet AlmondOil make it ideal for the treatment of very dry, frizzy hair or sun-damaged or sea salt-stressed hair. A sweetalmond oil-based mask left on damp hair for 20-30 minutes, before shampooing, will restore softness to thehair.
Massage: to create a customized massage oil, pleasant to use and nourishing for body skin, it ispossible to mix sweet almond oil with a few drops of essential oils. In this way, Sweet Almond Oil willacquire the beneficial properties of the essential oil being used (in case of joint pain, for muscle massagesfor athletes, etc.)
