The shopping cart is located in the menu bar and also displays the total cost of the order (including shipping fee and VAT). After selecting the products, you have to go to the shopping cart view by clicking on the shopping cart link.

A weight limit of 25 kg per order has been added to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart view, it is possible to refine the order by changing the quantities or removing products. A shipping fee is added to the shopping cart price. The shipping fee is not added to the price of the shopping cart, if the method of receiving the products is “pick up at the warehouse”. When using bank link as a payment method, the price includes VAT.

Forming the order

In order to complete the order, it is necessary to enter personal data in the form
A private person must enter: First name, Last name, e-mail, contact phone and delivery address
When ordering as a company, you must also enter a registration number, an additional contact phone number and, if necessary, a legal address different from the delivery address.

Delivery of products and its conditions

To receive the order, the Buyer selects the appropriate delivery method in the shopping cart. Orders are delivered within the borders of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Republic of Finland. For other countries, please specify via e-mail arcongroup2017@gmail.com. The buyer pays the costs associated with the delivery of the goods. The delivery fee depends on the Buyer’s location and delivery method and is calculated in the shopping cart.
If it is possible to pick up the goods at the store and the Buyer chooses the specified method to receive the goods, the delivery fee is not added to the price of the goods.

Order preparation time when ordering by parcel machine and courier is up to 7 working days, after which the package is handed over to the carrier. The order preparation time, when picking up the order yourself at the selected warehouse, is up to 3 working days. The customer will be notified when the package is ready.
NB! order preparation time may be extended if the order preparation time falls on a public holiday. If a public holiday falls on a working day, the maximum preparation time will be moved forward by the number of days falling on the public holiday.


Payment for the order

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele
Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas
Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
Card payments: Visa / MasterCard

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Defective goods

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery. Within the first year of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store ́s responsibility to prove otherwise.


The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.

If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.

The online store will respond to the consumer ́s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Cancellation and refund

Send an order cancellation and refund request by email to shop@eurolinn.ee.

You have the right to cancel the order and get a refund if the products have not left our warehouse / have not been issued for delivery.

Refunds made by the Seller in accordance with these terms and conditions will be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery specified in the order. Refunds are made to the buyer’s current account from which the order was paid.

The online store confirms receipt of the withdrawal statement to the Buyer by e-mail.

The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.

The seller has the right to refuse to sell the goods in a situation where, due to a technical error, the price of the product offered in the Online Store has changed/changed to be unreasonably cheap compared to the normal market price of the corresponding product (price error), there is no explicit information on the goods that it is a special price established for the goods and the goods have not been handed over to the Buyer. The Seller has the right to withdraw from such a transaction within 3 working days of learning about the transaction concluded with a price error, by submitting an application to the Buyer in a form that allows for the relevant content to be reproduced in writing. All payments are made to the Buyer’s current account from which the goods were paid for.

When making a purchase from the hügi.ee e-store, the customer can choose the appropriate delivery method, which is:


– Receiving the goods from our warehouse at Laki 9a (Laures Shop)
– Within Estonia Omniva parcel machine and courier; Within Latvia, Lithuania, Finland Omniva and Itella Smartpost parcel machine.
– The goods can be ordered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.
(Depending on the product, the purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the law.)

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address shop@hügi.ee ( it is not a specific form, simply write us and email describing your issue, and mention the order number) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Picking up goods from the warehouse

The goods are issued during the opening hours of the representative store.

You can come to the store after making the purchase on the next calendar day.

Goods are issued to the customer upon presentation of an identity document (ID card, passport, driver’s license) and order number.

If the customer does not pick up the goods within 14 calendar days, we consider that the customer has canceled the order and we return the purchase amount to the customer immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days to the same current account from which the purchase was paid.

Receiving goods from Omniva parcel machines:
Delivery of the goods to the parcel machine chosen by the customer is free within Estonia with a purchase from EUR 55.

Delivery of the goods to the parcel machine selected by the customer is free within Latvia with a purchase from 95 EUR.

Delivery of the goods to the parcel machine chosen by the customer is free within Lithuania with purchases from 95 EUR.

Delivery of the goods to the parcel machine chosen by the customer is free within Finland with purchases from 150 EUR.

Withing Estonia the goods are sent out within 1-5 working days and reach the parcel machine within 1-2 working days after posting.

Withing Latvia the goods are sent out within 1-5 working days and reach the parcel machine within 3-7 working days after posting.

Withing Lithuania the goods are sent out within 1-5 working days and reach the parcel machine within 3-8 working days after posting.

Withing Finland the goods are sent out within 1-5 working days and reach the parcel machine within 3-8 working days after posting.

The customer is informed about the arrived shipment and the location of the shipment via SMS. The message contains the door code needed to open the door. The storage time of the shipment in the parcel machine is 7 calendar days.

In the event that the customer has not received the goods from the parcel machine after the storage period has passed, hügi.ee considers that the customer has canceled the order and the seller will return the purchase amount to the customer along with the delivery fee immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days to the same current account from which the purchase was paid.

eurolinn.ee is not responsible for the damage caused to the customer if, for reasons not attributable to the seller, third parties have obtained the parcel machine’s unique code and the goods have been received on the basis of this code.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Receiving the goods by courier within Estonia

The goods delivered Onmiva Kuller are delivered to the address specified by the customer within 2-3 working days of making the purchase, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The customer can choose a suitable time period for receiving the shipment (9:00-17:00 or 17:00-21:00 or 9:00-21:00) and order the goods to work or home.

On the morning of the delivery day, the customer will receive information about the package’s arrival via SMS. The courier calls the customer before delivering the package. According to the customer’s request, it is also possible to redirect the shipment to a suitable parcel machine at no additional cost. The shipment is handed over to the customer based on a unique code that is sent to the customer via SMS.

The customer must ensure that the goods are received at the agreed time and address. If the customer is not available when the goods arrive, the courier will deliver the package back to the Omniva terminal. When the package arrives back at the terminal, the system sends an SMS to the customer. The customer then has the opportunity to agree with Omniva customer service a new time when the courier must make the next delivery attempt.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to shop@eurolinn.ee
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
